Sky can be changed in map properties. Every sky is represented by six separated files: skyLF (left), skyRT (right), skyFT (front), skyBK (back), skyUP (top), skyDN (ground). Sky name is specified by taking out the last two letters from those files, so if file names are: 'nightbk', 'nightup' e.t.c. then sky name in properties should be 'night'. For 'lc_dn', 'lc_lf' e.t.c. sky name is 'lc_'.
